ABES Engineering College provides the best in industry placement opportunities for students. The college has an expert panel that not only prepares the students with industry-specific training but also educates them for interviews, aptitude tests, and other selection processes. The college invites several companies and recruiters to select students from both undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. The highest salary offered in the year 2020 was 8 lacs per annum in the B. Tech. programme. Whereas the highest package secured in the MBA programme was 8.6 lacs per annum in the Postgraduate programmes.

Stage 1: The institute has a placement cell that sends an invitation to the companies to hold placement drives to select top talents from the college.

Stage 2: The companies that show interest in the institution then submit the JAF given to them by the college with their job profile vacancies and other details. They also propose a date that is suitable for them to conduct the placement.

Stage 3: Interested students are informed about the companies that are visiting, followed by vacancies and job profiles. Students then have to prepare themselves accordingly, register for the placement drive, and report their documents and resumes.

Stage 4: On the proposed date, the company arrives at the campus and delivers a pre-placement talk to the students. Soon after the talk, the interview rounds are conducted one-by-one.

Stage 5: The names of the selected students are either announced on the same day or after two-three days. The placement cell provides the offer letter to the students with a limited period to accept the job offer.
